Rapid heat cycle molding process

Rapid heat cycle molding  is a new injection molding technology. Rapid heat cycle molding also called high-gloss, non-marking injection molding. Rapid heat cycle molding is a rapid heating and rapid cooling injection mold and dynamic temperature control device. Rapid heat cycle molding process  is the same as the traditional injection molding process. It can be divided into 7 stages including mold clamping, rubber injection, packing, cooling, sol, mold, product removal. The difference is that rapid heat cycle molding can adjust the mold temperature according to the characteristics of each process stage.
