Compared with the traditional stamping process, hydroforming technology has the following advantages:
1. Reduce the quality of molded parts and saving materials. For hollow shaft parts, hydroforming can reduce the quality of 40% -50% and saving materials up to 75%.
2. Reduce the number of molded parts and molds. Reduce the cost of the mold. Hydroforming moldings usually require only one mold. The stamping parts mostly need more sets of molds.
3. Reduce the follow-up machining and welding volume.
4. Improve the strength and stiffness of the molded parts, especially the fatigue strength.

2 major advantages of 2K injection moulding

One of the major advantages of  2K injection moulding  compared to overmoulding is that the polymer to be injected is still hot and has not shrunk yet. This virtually excludes the risk of burrs being formed on the second component. In addition, the surface is still 'virginally' clean, enabling good molecular adhesion. Another significant advantage of    2K injection moulding   is the cycle time gained, the constant process and the fact that manual insertion is not required, thus avoiding the risk of damaging the first component.
